Bail Bondsman Uses Unorthodox Marketing Strategy

A bail bondsman is limited in the manner in which he can and can not market or solicit for new clients. In the ultra competitive bail bonds market of Baltimore, Maryland, a bail bondsman is tagging to catch the eyes of potential customers. Across the street from the jail, one bail bondsman is spray painting contact information for a local bail bonds agency.

A curious thing happened recently, graffiti started popping up next to the interstate 83 on ramp. Words relating to "bail bonds" and phone numbers were tagged onto the side of the overpass. When the phone numbers are called, the phone is answered "bail bondsman", but declined to comment about the graffiti.

This surely is out of the box, but if it is in fact a new marketing ploy by a bail bondsman, they must tread lightly. Otherwise it could be them that needs to be bailed out.
